December is a time of giddy excitement for many reasons, one being our annual Therapist Awards!

As one of the most talked about events of the year, it’s the time that we celebrate the dedication and work of our loyal therapists.

We know we often say it, but it’s you lovely lot that are the backbone of our business.  From your hard work and excellent customer service, to the nurturing and professional way you deliver your treatments, it’s thanks to you that our guests are left calmed, rejuvenated and restored.   We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts that you make these treatment days so special.

As always, there were some therapists among you that had particularly stood out this year.  So, without further ado…

naomi-b

Therapist of the Year Award goes to Naomi Barron for her helpful and willing work ethic, her excellent customer service and her dedication to going the extra mile.  She will jump in and cover the further away events when we’re really stuck and we’re so grateful for this.  Naomi is a pleasure to deal with, she’s organised and efficient with a ‘can-do’ attitude, and we’re so proud to have her as part of the team!  Thank you Naomi!

MPS Trainer Award goes to Catherine Hannan!

Catherine has been a real asset to the ever growing MPS Team.  Her hard work and dedication to maintaining the high standards of the MPS Brand is why we feel she deserves this award.  She’s an absolute pleasure to deal with, and although very busy herself, she will always put time aside for us.  We’re proud to have Catherine as a treasured spokesperson for our team.  Thank you for your kindness, support and loyalty Catherine!

Best Newcomer Award goes to Rose Haynes!

Rorosese has settled in so well this year and we’re so glad to have her as part of the team.  We regularly receive excellent feedback about how fabulous she makes our guests feel, through her gentle manner and amazing treatments.  Rose puts 110% effort in to making her treatment days perfect and she’s quick to book herself on to events (which makes our job so much easier!).  So, we thank you Rose and are looking forward to working more with you next year!

The Special Thanks Award goes to Michele Eveson for her loyalty, excellent quality of customer service and treatments, her organisation and smart personal presentation.  Michele has gone above and beyond by helping with business development, introducing us to new property owner contacts and therapist training.  She’s a fabulous asset to the MPS team in so many ways.  Thank you Michele!

claire-gascoigne-2016

Therapist Working On The Most Events Award goes to Claire Gascoigne!

Claire is a truly special member of the team and we’re pleased she’s worked with us for so long.  We always receive fabulous feedback about Claire, both about her lovely way with guests and her excellent treatments.  She’s always there when we need her, and it’s her dedication, expertise and hard work that really stands out to us.  Thank you Claire!

Sara Hemsley, Cluna Donnelly-Porter, Carole Cunliffe and Tracy Paton also deserve a very special mention for the excellent feedback we receive about their customer service and treatments, caring attitude and dedication to their work.  Thank you so much girls.

Your lovely prizes will be sent out to you in the next few days, we hope you enjoy!
